group-icon, together with brief lives for each. Many thanks to Fr.
Hieromonk Ambrose (Moone) for providing this material.

a great many of the Saints of the British Isles and of Ireland. (Be
advised that some Roman Catholic saints are included, such as Edward
the Confessor and William of Roskilde. Also, King Alfred has a service
composed to him, although he was never venerated as a Saint by the
Anglo-Saxon Orthodox Christians, and his veneration as a Saint stems
exclusively from the Anglican denomination.)
Icon from St. Seraphim's Studio, Walsingham, England. Many thanks to
Sylvia Batchelor for this information and for information on a great
number of the other icons produced at St. Seraphim's, who now can be
properly attributed. Many thanks also to Brother Leon Liddament.
