Icon of St. Eulalia of Barcelona, Virgin-Martyr

Feast: Sept. 16

St Eugenia was the daughter of the duke of Alsace in eastern France. She entered the women's monastery of Hohenburg, where she, in God's time, succeeded St. Odilia (her aunt) as abbess.  Holy Mother Eugenia, pray to God for us!
