Icon of St. Nicholas Johnson, a new-martyr for Christ under the Communist Yoke

Feast: First Sun. after Jan. 25 (All New-Martyrs & Confessors of Russia)

The new-martyr Nicholas Johnson was a convert from the Anglican heresy who acted as personal secretary to Grand-Prince Michael Alexandrovich (the brother of the Tsar). He and the Grand-Prince were martyred by the theomachistic Bolsheviks in the year 1918. Holy Martyr Nicholas, pray to God for us!
