The next icon is of unknown provenance, and is provided from "Orthodox England," website of St. Felix and St. Edmund Orthodox Church in Felixstowe, UK, by gracious permission of Fr. Andrew Phillips, Russian Church Abroad. 

The last icon, with Norwegian inscription, is of unknown provenance.
