The holy hierarch Valentine
lived in the first centuries of the faith, in Italy, where he continued
the work of the Holy Apostles in preaching and setting aright the
Church. He was gifted with the ability to work miracles by the Lord and
reposed as a martyr. Holy Father Valentine, pray to God for us!
